Kamaldeen Akinpelu

Dr. Adekilekun Kamaldeen Akinpelu is a graduate of Law with (LLB) Hons. from Bayero University Kano (BUK). He also holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) from Rivers State University, Port-Harcourt. He then holds a doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Public/Environmental Law (Corporate Governance in oil and Gas), Imo State University, Owerri.

Dr. Adekilekun has over 23 years of accomplished career demonstrating consistent success as a Legal Practitioner and Senior Assistant to the Executive Governors. He is currently a Special Adviser on Regional Integration to Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, Executive Governor Osun State. He has served as Technical Adviser on Legal Matters to Senator Douye Diri, Executive Governor Bayelsa State, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to Governor Timipre Sylva on Non – Indigenes Welfare, Bayelsa State, Special Assistant (SA) to Governor Henry Seriake Dickson on Non-Indigenes Affairs, Bayelsa State and Special Assistant (SA) to Hon. Mike Ogbolosingha Chairman, Yenagoa Local Government Area, Bayelsa State.

His major areas of expertise includes but not limited to Solicitors and Advocacy, Mediation & Arbitration, Litigation Management, Dispute Resolution, Stakeholder Engagement and Negotiation, Program Management, Policy Implementation, Planning & Scheduling, Corporate Social Responsibilities and Leadership and Team Coordination.
