Mr. Jide Adeola

Jide Adeola is the Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Partner at Avante Consultants Limited, a multi-sectoral professional services firm delivering cutting-edge solutions in financial advisory, management consulting, transaction advisory, ESG, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to founding Avante, Jide served as a Pioneer Executive Commissioner at the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), where he played a key role in shaping regulatory frameworks for Nigeria's energy sector. He also had a distinguished career at PwC, where he spent nearly two decades as an Energy Partner. In this capacity, he led PwC’s portfolio across oil & gas, mining, power, utilities, and renewable energy sectors, advising both multinational and indigenous companies.

Jide has led numerous high-impact projects involving strategy development, statutory audits, market entry planning, forensics, business process transformation, and capital market transactions. His clients have spanned diverse sectors including energy, telecommunications, consumer products, and financial services. He has worked extensively with Boards and Audit Committees of public and private institutions, supporting them in areas such as strategy, corporate governance, risk management, and performance improvement.

An expert in business processes and controls, Jide’s core competencies include financial reporting, business planning and analysis, tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions, controllership, and organizational restructuring for operational effectiveness. He is a: Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow, Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FICA), Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC), Certified Professional Forensic Accountant (CPFA) Jide holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Warwick Business School, United Kingdom.
