Dr. Gbadebo Mufutau Ayinde is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in leadership, governance, and infrastructure development. With a career spanning public service and private sector, he remains committed to fostering innovation and driving organizational excellence.

His academic journey laid the foundation for his impactful career. He studied at the prestigious Polytechnic, Ibadan, earning a full professional diploma degree in Urban and Regional Planning, followed by a Master’s degree in the same field with specialization in Transport Planning. He later obtained his Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Transport Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure — a testament to his deep expertise in planning, transportation systems, academics and infrastructure development. In 2003, he was elected as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, and Ejigbo Federal Constituency, where he served as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Works. His tenure was marked by strategic oversight of national infrastructure projects and community-centered development initiatives.

He also served as a Board Member of the Osun State Investment Company Limited (OSICOL), contributing to the company’s strategic growth. Additionally, he held previous leadership roles as Director of Works across multiple local governments in Osun State, ensuring the successful execution of critical public works. In the private sector, he formerly served as the Executive Director of Bebot Services Nigeria Limited and Trio Miners Ltd., and as Chairman of Matco Pharmacy and Supermarket. He also contributed to higher education governance as a former Governing Council Member of the University of Offa, Kwara State.
